Hellow everybody, does anyone have any problem with the add suspension, mine the preload of the rear shock seems to be locked it gives me a c1704 error code. Thanks for any coment or advice

Sorry no one has responded - this forum site is rarely visited as it was originally set up for the 2013 (first model) Caponord. Most of the action happens over on the AF1 site (2014-2016 Caponord)
I have not had any problem with my ADD. It does lock tight when the ignition is turned off. Just last week my stator coil failed and, as my battery slowly drained, I got a red triangle and an ATC light and later I had all the warning lights on and the suspension was locked tight before finally the bike stopped due to flattened battery. (I have 37,000kms up and nearly two years from new....rare for coil to fail but not impossible for any brand).
Your issue sounds very different, maybe try asking over on the other forum site and someone might be able to help.
