Anyone need a quality steering damper??

where'd you mount it Andi? ad says for rsvs without dampers, thought all rsvs & rsvrs came with dampers?!:confused
 
Hi mate, I was going to buy an Ohlins. Are these better? Ohlins start at £230 with Demon Tweeks so these are cheaper as well.
 
I purchased an Ohlins one of Ebay for around £100, best money I ever spent on the bike. Front end can get rather lively on these when exiting bends at speed.

Clyde mate.....mounts in exactly the same position as original but infinately better as OE!!Comes with all mouting parts neccessery.....:thumbup

Bagel....never had an Ohlins so can't give you an honest comparison:dunno, but ican honestly say that the Hyperpro is a real quality piece of kit. Something like 25 "clicks" of adjustment! Ranges from extremely "stiff" to even move the bars to a gentle pressure, setting for everyone.....highly recommended buddy.............:thumbup
 
Well, thanks for that. I'll probably get one if a cheaper secondhand ohlins doesn't come up over the next couple of months. Just fitted a Fabbri screen great piece of kit. Stickers are done. She looks mint now. Ready for spring.........roll on the daffodils (not literally of course!)
