I reckon it might be from Zorstec. They are based in Shipley (near Bradford). They can make stuff to order. I'd be surprised if Gez does not use them.

I know the MotoGP thing is all the rage exhaust can wise but I honestly think they look gash. Just my tuppence worth, mind. Each to their own and all that.

Can anyone tell me the size of the Mille exhaust? Found a gp can to fit a 51mm pipe?? Not sure if it will fit and bike is away in storage?? Any help?? Cheers

I think it's about 60mm. Too lazy to go to the garage to check.

Haha! Do you recon it will effect performance at all mate??
i'd ask Jez..he has used them a few times now...short exhausts not great for out right power..but would probably need a pc3 with a custom map to get the best out of it

Bike will run like a bag of **** without extensive fuelling mod

This is what I was worried about, How do I get it mapped correctly though? Sorry if this is a daft question, Ive fiddled around with cars more than bikes, Can someone connect a laptop up to the RSV and map like they do say my evo on a rolling road???

As per my post you wil need a pc3 power commander..this is a piggyback ECU that you can have custom mapped on a dyno

Reminds of when I use too run about on my Gilera 50 with the exhaust baffles removed , at sixteen I might add , swearing blind too everyone that it made the bike much faster lol , happy days , did the same with a Yamaha rd350 lc and holed the pistons lol but it sounded so good

Eddie

I'd say many an lc was ran lean and ended up with holed pistons.....must have kept the re- borers in work for years
