Anyone fitted this starter solenoid to their rsv??

Depends how fussy you are , it obviously wont fit into the rubber sleeve/mount to start with and space is a bit tight .

you can get the 100-150 item from wemoto for £25 and its usually nxt day del

pus its plug and play and fits where the old un did

Looks like something you'd fit to a tractor  get the proper one :thumbup

Not to fussed about not fitting the rubber sleeve as I will wrap it with either insulation or shrinkwrap it with non conductive material............main concern is will it work and the reliability of it........being so cheap compared to say the next chaeapest wemoto item at £25???????

Still gotta be better than my original 50amp jobbie that is just waiting to give up on me ....right!!!??????

Just pondered aswell cos this has no leads with a plastic plug for the low amp (in) if it would be a better bet wiring up my own uprated connectors considering the cheap chocolate plugs aprilia use???

big tutotorial....? ... my point was ....why buy a starter solenoid that you have to muck about with to get it to fit ...and may not work ...... if you was to save! £50-100 fair enough ....but a Tenner on an uprated solenoid that will fit straight on ...come on ffs

and yes I changed mine over 4 years ago and it's still fine
