Anyone ever rode a Shiver ?

Nob there wis a dude used to be on the old forum and he traded in his t fir a shiver.

He wished tae feck he hudnae.

I rode a Dorso last year - weighs about the same as a T and doesn't have as much go.

Yeah, I've been on a DD. Thought it was biz. A mate said he might get one, just wondering.

Test rode a GT version some time ago as i always like the looks. Sounded raspy and nice with a niceover run. But it might be a bike i would recommend for someone just passing their test like a suzuki sv 650 etc. So i found it a bit flat to be honest.

I was seriously thinking about a Shiver as I went through a phase of thinking the T was a bit OTT for doing a few miles back and fore to work. Even did a thread asking opinions ages ago.

However this year trying to make the most of the T before a hip replacement stops me riding for a while.

So as our Welsh contingent know I've done many long rides already this year. Mainly with Bay (cheers mucker ******* great roads in your part of Wales :thumbup).

Really glad I stuck with the T as I'm sure on those long rides involving many different types of road & riding Shiver would have pissed me off.

On my normal few miles to work, then gym then home though I bet Shiver is fantastic.

If so, how they go ?
Had a test ride on Shiver. looks nice but disappointed with ride. Stuck in mode - Race mode ok if you want to go flat out everywhere. Rain mode just feels like you've thrown a cylinder away and touring mode ok but a bit slow. However it would not change from one mode to another very easy! Handling ok. Then went out on Tuono and bought it.

we have a demo !
come ride it
ps i was dissapointed with the dorsaduro 1200 and think the 750 is better
but would i trade my tuono for one ?
no ferkin way !!
