Aye Aye,

Anyone on here work offshore??

Just done my 4yr refresher survival training today and must say i still hate the helicopter escape I have done it 4 times now and its not getting any better.

Good though with it being only 2days now.

So just want to see if anyone else is on here in the same business?

Yep, pics are better. Cans look good in blue. Nearly had one that colour, when I had the Rsvr advertised this nob ed rang and asked if I fancied a deal/swap/cash thing. He came up and bike was fine, every one happy, sorted. Then the dick texted me back saying he still had finance and couldn't do it. Grown bloke about 50 fukkin people about like that. What a tit.
Hope he's reading this cause he still owes me for the Ebay fees.[tosser]

Worked in offshore construction industry building rigs on the Tyne and tees for many years. Done the survival twice. Worst bit is working out when to take your last breath in the chopper before it goes under and turns upside down.
My brother works as a foreman plater off Aberdeen and has worked out there for about 15 years.
I'm too soft and like me own bed!
 
nut, just a puir jiner, got a few neebs affshore, one o them a tl owner,,,,, poor mans prilly lol
 
I tend to try and avoid goin away as much as i can but this year i have spent more time in the States than over here. Total bass as its meant not much biking really only covered around 4K this year.

I the breathing bits a bass, at least now you have a re-breather its a bitty better.

Dont understand people like that, why the hell would he bother to do a deal knowing fine well he has outstanding finace mental eh??

Better with the factory anyway, I really liked this colour scheme and me being an Aberdeen supporter with arch rivals the Gers in blue! not good!

Feck it i dont care love the bike.

:lol:lol Try driving a blue wagon around Celtic park. There are traffic lights outside and sometimes the kids are around to slash the curtains to see what there is especially as Barrs is next door:crazy
 
God knows whats happening but there has been a number ot times i keep getting double posts not sure whats causing it!

How's it goin mucker. I've got a mate that's a Chief on one of them NS rigs, ma neighbour works on the same rig as a spanner man. Me I'm just to used to being skint most of the time.

Yeh, me and the Maddot went a long run during the summer. He hadn't been up the hill before, we went onto Aultbea and Mellon Charles. He used to spend his summers up there when he was a boy. We picked a great weather day and spent nearly 13 hrs on the bikes, it was effin brill, roll on the summer.:thumbup

Yeh couldn't agree more roll on the summer. I too went a blast with some mates in the summer right round from Stirling upto Skye and up round wick absolutely stunning run and weather was excellent.
 
Spoke to my (cheif and neighbour) to-day. Their rig is pulling up right now and going to InverGordon. Dudes cut to 22no total and when they can tie up probably even less. Welcome to the real world muckers. Don't know many that are immune. Trust yer OK, I know they'll be.

Not good for a lot of the lads like. We are busy as feck we have more work than we can handle so long may it last. Saying that we are not NS we are mainly Brazil and GOM at present and its boom time over in these places. They are cutting back in the NS on all new drilling as its not making money with the price of oil, wait till later in the year when oil prices climb and then they will start again.

**** knows whats been happening with me posting twice pain in the tits only noticed it a couple of days ago when i went back through some posts look like a right fud right enough. Saying that a fuds a useful thing so counts me out!
