Probs is, they don't (to my knowledge) have a UK office to which you can direct this sort of stuff...
If you phone Aprilia UK, you'll just get bounced directly over to Aprilia in Italy...and sadly, during the very many times I've contacted them, I have never had a problem resolved....the language barrier doesn't help either...they CAN speak English (sort of) but it's very hard to explain what your issues is are, or get your point over...
