no its single alleyway with 90degree turn and id have to knock everybodys back walls down think terraced houses mines mid terrace only option is forecourt with about 3ft width 6ft long im thinking modify gate get bike in forecourt but how to keep weather proof cant go above window height me thinks build somethin from wood?

If it cant go above window level surely you will struggle pushin the bike in and out, are there any garages near you can rent ?

Andre.. the best solution is to see if you can use somone elses garage, say a biking mate near by or maybe a bit longer. Even if you had to get a lift to get to the bike where its to be locked up it would be piece of mind knowing its securely locked up out of harms way, either that or like littleone said see if you can rent a place for it :thumbup

my mistake, have to widen the passage way then. out with the bolster chisel, and a lump hammer. Or he could always move.

i was thinking about maybe hinged lid type thing where roll bike in on a trolley type thing anshut the lid but its making secure waterproof garage would be great but like rockin horse pooh

So i asume you got a wall one side then the 3 foot is to the path to the front door, if there is a wall one side how high, how strong and is it brick or coping stone on top ?

hi mate its brick wall then 3ft width to brick and stone clad bay window starts about4ft up i was wondering if i got 1 of those trolley things to use to then run it into a weatherproof hinged box if you can imagine what i mean

I used to live in a terraced house with a single walk way access to the rear. Apart from all the rubbish and glass strewn along it I used to get the bike into the back garden. I put up a pair of gates that gave an opening of around 6 foot, enough to swing a bike in if you really want to. Had an 850 triple Yamaha at the time, so no small bike.

If you are every away for a few weeks eg.holiday , jail sentance etc ! U can put it in my garage m8 ! As i am only up the road from u ! :thumbup
