Any Good - will this fit a 99 model??

its for an 08 model Pete you may have to play about with shock linkages?
 
nitron could prolly supply you with the linkages,(email them) tho this is thebase model I think, no remote and not-rebuildable?
you can get an ohlins with remote (ap-840) for about 250 s/h

Oz mate, Nitron are good shocks Guy Martin tested the race version against an Ohlins TTX and said they were just as good for half the price. We sell them but this is the bottom of the range shock. I could do you a new one of them for your bike for £315 + post or I have a Ohlins off my 2001 that I will take £300 + post for.:thumbup

Thanks Tash, what kinda Ohlins is it, remote pre load etc??? Just a bit much for me at the mo, looking for something 200-250 max, as airmail here is another 50 quid :eek:
 
Be interested to see how long it stayed working as good . Had a TTX36 made to fit my bike & the difference from the standard Ohlins was major . Have meet & talked & drink a beer with Guy here in NZ at a IOM TT winner Shaun Harris shop great bloke with huge talent .

Hi Sensei

Which model shock TTX did they chop to fit your RSV, would be interested to know the model it was for and what they had to do to it mate :thumbup
 
i ran a nitron shock on my zx6 b1h and it was brilliant.......whether the one you've seen will fit is another matter...all depends on linkages
