help needed please , does anybody have the torque setting ,for the bolts that hold the anti vibe buffer housing or cush drive housing onto the rear wheel please .
i have scoured this site and the other channel inc af1 for the info but none available , i have also read thru the pdf manuals i have . there is instruction but no torque value

thanks in advance chaps !!

i,m having my wheels p/coated as other fuds have .so the info is out there somewhere !!

oh yea ! thats an ,07 gen 2 with aprilia wheels not OZ jobs .

The wsm does not cover the complete disassembly of the rear wheel,....only the removal of the disc and sprocket carrier,...hence why you cant find a torque figure.
I would probably torque them up the same as the rear disc,..30nm + loctite.

thanks for that KB , the bolts do seem very very tight tho , they are prob loctited in .have cracked one off but the others will need a bit more serious tackle .

just wanted to be sure before carrying out an irreversible procedure :thumbup

cush drive / anti vibe housing now removed , rubbers removed from housing they were stuck well in , quick spray with wd40 down the centre and down the sides and out they pop .
