Following from Badger's sale of his bike, the time has come for the reluctant sale of my bike, as I’m also getting an RC8R in March and can’t run both.
The bike is a 2005 model year Factory in what I believe is the best colour scheme they did, it's registered on an 06 plate. I bought it in 2008 with 3679 on the clock and the bike has now done just under 15500 miles. I have all the MOTs to confirm the mileage.
The bike is in very good condition for its age and mileage. There are a few stone chips, and a couple of scuff marks on the swingarm from my mahoosive feet, but the bike cleans up very nicely as the pictures show. I have maintained the bike regardless of cost, I’ve had it serviced by Griff since I bought it, and has recently had a new speedo sensor. I have never dropped the bike, and there's nothing to suggest it ever has been. I checked it was HPI clear when I bought it. It's got Dunlop sportsmarts on (the rear has only done a few hundred miles) and has MOT to the end of June and tax to end August.

First service at John E Vines (supplying dealer) in Essex 22/12/06 (600 miles)
Service book noted, but no detail 12/12/07
Interim service at Bellevue motorcycles 19/08/08 (3674 miles)
TB setup, Map 2 at Aprilia Performance 17/09/08
Interim service at AP 26/11/09 (7795 miles)
Interim service, new chain and sprockets at AP 14/09/10 (10500 miles)
Fork service at Reactive Suspension in York 15/04/11
TB setup and custom map at AP 12/08/11
Full valve clearance service, new battery at AP 22/11/11 (15295 miles)
I have modified the bike over the last 4 years, as the list below shows. The following will stay with the bike regardless of price:
Meta 357T V2 alarm with new fob and spare.
15/42 gearing
Techspec tank grips
Clutch jet mod
R&G Tail tidy
Full size number plate with reflector
Pillion seat
The following parts are available depending on what a prospective buyer is looking for. I have the standard parts where appropriate:
Arrow carbon end cans (re-packed a few k ago by Griff)
Carbon Hooked airbox
Power Commander 5 and custom map with dyno graph - 123 Bhp/70 ft-lbs
Brembo RCS master cylinders
Gilles rearsets (black) with HRC rear brake reservoir
Gilles chain adjusters (titanium)
Gilles titanium axle nut
Can hangers (black)
MPL clutch slave
Fabbri double bubble screen (dark)
Bubseywoo side stand and mirror extenders
Carbon chain guard, shark fin, sprocket cover, “labia” and reservoir lids
Givi top-box plate on spare pillion seat
Ventura sport rack
I have an idea what I'd like for the bike either returned to standard (ish) or as above, but am open to whatever offers people may like to make. A lot of work has gone into the bike, as you can see, and I'd like to sell it complete if I can.
I already have a few items earmarked by some folk if I sell the bike as standard - if it comes to that I'll put a new advert up for all the bling.
