Hello All,

Got my 00 RSVR a couple of weeks ago.:thumbup
Just learning my way around it at the mo.
Already had probs with rear brake.:rant

Anyone know where i can get a new IP decal, scratched one bringing her home.

Any other owners in the North Kent Area?

welcome mate.
most of us back brake probs compared to previous bikes lol.
loadsa ip grafix on fleabay or theres a link on here somewhere to image works that im sure someone will be able to find better than me.
they seem a firm favourite bud.
apart from that, are you enjoying the mille?

welcome fella!!!you will love the mille they are special bikes!!!

Hmmm special is not the word i would of used comin home from france the other week with virtualy no clutch and no back brake what so ever, but joking aside i would'nt swap it...:biggrin

Thanks all.

Had a VERY special SRAD before and a xr650r sm in between but i love the mille more already.
It's still fairly std at the mo, had a Aprilia Ti evo can and chip when i got it and i've just added Carbon Heel Plates and Toe Guard as well as Harris Rearsets and that's where i made the mistake of adjusting the rear m/cyl.

Basically it got so hot it seized the rear brake totally, smoke pooring off the caliper. Had to wait for it to cool down so that i could wind the pushrod back, stupid thing is i don't even use the rear brake. Oh well, lesson learnt.

I've seen a couple of heat shields for sale, does anyone know if they help at all or are there any other tricks i should know about.

Welcome!!!

What size is the IP decal you are after m8?.

I have about a dozen IP decals I usually sell on eBay, if they suit you and fit the bill size wise, i can send you a couple, free of charge of course!! :thumbup

To give you an idea of the size of the ones I have here, look at my bike pictures in my profile garage or in any recent posts I have made with pictures in them. The ones I have are the ones on my fairing just above my front idicators.

Gaz.

Right, had a measure. The decal i need is 100mm x 68mm to the edges. Not to worry if you don't have that size i'll try Image Works.
Cheers
