Hi All,

Just a quick word to introduce myself. Living in Sussex and after love affairs with CBRR's, FireBlades and Blackbirds find myself yearning for sportbikes again and have my sights on a nice black RSVR :biggrin

Just gotta to sell the Blackbird, and I will be a regular I hope!!!

All RSVR advice fully welcome, and any advice on the best dealers around Kent and Sussex? Cheers all.

Welcome mate!! Always thought the Fireblade IS a sportsbike! Good choice though, this is now my fourth twin, there's just something about them that more cylinders don't have.

The RSV's are also bloody good value when you look at what you get as standard compared to the Jap offerings. As the advertising says, they're very balanced in the power/handling.

Welcome strider :thumbup, i too had a blackbird 3 yrs ago and then went again to the inline 4 route with a zx12... but im glad to say ive made the right chioce with my RSV :yes. I had always thought what a v twin would be like to ride and now i know :thumbup... its great and i will not be going back to an inline 4 ever .

Try one and see , you wont regret it :thumbup

After over ten years of jap fours I tried my first twin last year(couldn't get her sister to join in though:devious)and I'm now on my second rsv, great real world bike with useable power:thumbup

As above indicates......Twins are where the fun is at...They may not have the all-out screaming power of an in-line 4, but they are a class act and the Aprilias are certainly a breed apart!!!
