Hi all not posted for a while but got a question to ask, coming over to the UK in a couple of weeks so interested to know whats the price of good Aplinestars leather gear in the uk, close to Teesside as thats where i'll be based. Got a price of some pants over here in Aus for Aus$650 (316pounds) but with the exchange rate been not bad at the moment was wondering what the cost is in the UK.

For a 2 piece i would think anywhere from £450 - £600 from most dealers.

Perhaps you should bring some to sell over here :biggrin

you are usually looking at 200-250 each for pants and jacket, either Astars or Dainese.

if that sort of price is average then it's going to be cheaper for me and my boys to buy in the UK, prices for anything is expensive in Aus, even ordered rad guards from the uk for the pril and the other 2 (jap!) bikes as getting all 3 for the price of the pril set over here, thats the reason i'm asking about the leathers

Hein Gericke do good sales on Alpinestars gear, as do J&S from time to time. Try J&S click me and there are stores in Leeds and Doncaster. Most of the Alpinestars suits are 499.95.

Barry, I think you'll find CK was talking for each item, so 200-250 for the jacket, 200-250 for the trousers :thumbup

thanks for that one, might give the J&S in Leeds a go as only about 1 hr drive away. Prices are definately cheaper than in Aus by about $150.
