I've got a pair of Akro cans on my 07' T that I'm thinking of swapping out for some stubby affairs. Anyone know how much their worth.
Completely mint condition, covered about 10k with baffles and carbon straps, not the carbon cans though.
Ta very much.
 
I was gonna say £20. I'll drive down and pay you cash, and collect to save you posting them if thats easier?

Seriously though, i'd say around the £350 mark would be a decent price? :O
 
There's always 2-3 sets going on Ebay.

Just keep an eye out and see what they go for......

One set currently with 3 days 8 hours to go at £205
 
Well I'll have a look for some replacements and how much they cost then maybe sell them. Not sure what to get mind you.
 
Gilo has some Mivvs, they look and sound the nuts.

I've seen the Mivv cans before and look nice but wasn't convinced on the sound, maybe I'm being dart (more than likely)
Any thoughts or opinions on Delkevic cans? There's a pair on fleabay in carbon but I've never heard of them before so I'm wary.
 
Gotta vouch fur the MIVV GPs W min...got the titanium jobbies oan mine...well please wi quality sound an the way the bike noo runs wi them oan.

Wi the original Akras oan it aye popped an backfired like **** but wi the MIVVs (wi the baffles oot) runs sweet.....

.....or mibbe its cos ah jist cannae hear **** all noo!

Yep, as stix says, I've had the ti Mivv GPs on for about 10 months now and love them. Everyone who's ridden with me, without exception, has commented on how good they sound when I give it the beans. I love the stubby look too.
 
Re: Delkavics, I had a Delkavic stainless steel can on my VFR750 and was well pleased with it, seemed well made for the price, and sounded great.
 
The ones you have in the picture, what are they called exactly, what's the model name, Mivv ..........?
I've found a couple of places that sell mivv cans but they don't show pictures, just name them, oval or gp or power cone etc and I don't know which ones which? I want exactly the same ones as in your picture but maybe in black.
 
Think I'm going to have to stick with the pipe werx or delkavics as £500+ is too rich for my broke arse!
