Akrapovik Silencer repair

Hi All,

I was hoping for some help, again I know, I have a 2006 RSVR which has stubby Akrapovik silencers fitted (Carbon Fibre style outer casing). The silencer has received minor damage from being dropped earlier in its life and I want to repair the silencer if possible. Firstly has anyone ever repaired a silencer with a repair kit and if so where can I get a Akrapovik repair kit from in the UK?

Finally, whwre can I find out the type of silencer fitted, I cannot find any model numbers just the e-number on the rear end cap.

Any assitance apreciated.

Speak to Calsport, thet are an official Akrapovic distributor. They should be able to supply the parts you need

I know Solstice was looking at getting a damaged Akra re-skinned but it was so pricey he bought something else. PM him for contacts.

Thanks for the advice, if the repair kit is too pricey then I guess I'll be looking for a second hand set of cans!

Demon tweeks wanted £200 for the resleeve kit including the strap.
I'm in the process of coring a set of standard exhausts (for the Tuono) to replace then Akras, so if anybody needs a right hand titaniun akra let me know.
