airbox gasket

anyone know where i can get an airbox gasket from please?
its the rubber one that sits in the ridge in between the 2 halves,rung a couple of dealers but they said 2 weeks to come from italy ffs.:dunno

wonder if silicone sealant stuff would work??

i would be inclined to do a renegade style mod personally.

what happened to the gasket? mine is well and truly stuck in its ridge doesnt strike me as something which is gonna get lost

just a couple of ebay links, depends how much the gasket costs from aprilia but there is usually more than a few airboxes from the older shape milles kicking about on ebay

cheers guys,its not lost,the *** that had the bike previously put to much oil in and its blown back into the airbox and that gasket,i took it out to clean the bottom of the airbox and now will it fook like go back in,its double in length ffs.
theres a 1inch overhang now,like its fookd and stretched.should only be £3 but non in stock anywere.typical aprilia,non in u.k,non in france so its back to italy.

ive cut it down and put it back in,cant see it being a problem,just like to replace with new parts where poss.i was stuck,having no internet and needing an airfilter,which no one had in stock either,got one from powersports in the end of all places.
