aftermarket slave cylinder question

I have a slave cylinder from ceepeedeee off ebay and was wandering if the 1mm hole that is just below the piston should leak slightly?

My aftermarket slave from Germany does not leak one tiny bit.......you may have a problem there, sounds like the internal seal is leaking in the unit IMO and letting oil bypass it.

I have one of those ones from MPL tuning parts.
