hi lads changed friction plates in mille.r after a bit of help from site as clutch was slipping job seems to be a good one , only thing is hard to find neutral . i seem to have every thing put back right and working , any advice or will they need a while to bed in
 
Thats cos he's got **** all to do all day ,only jokin Pat with all the rain we've just had i thought youd have plenty to test.......
 
lol.I've been off work for two weeks with a bad back again,...hope its better for next weekend ,or I'll just need to take plenty of painkillers...
 
hi bud you could try the small scew on the lever its hard to find the screw but screw it clockwise as far as it goes this will push the lever piston further more chance to get rid of any air in the system then try bleeding it again it should help once your sorted you must screw out the wee screw again till you get a good lever setting ie: getting neutral keep screwing out till you cant then screw back again till you can that should do it. if the screw is kept in to far this will put constant pressure on your clutch bearing (not good) ... ps: the screw will be stiff give it a spray with wd40 you will need to work it in and out for a bit till it moves easy try and use a good fitting screwdriver so you dont chew the head of the screw . good luck bud
