Advice please.

So hopefully tomorrow I will be swapping my 2000 zx6r for an 03 mille, as far as I'm aware it has has an uprated clutch, new reg rec, ecu flash,chipped and dyno tune,gearing lowered to 16 on the front. Is there anything you guys recommend I look out for or change.
All advice appreciated.

A modded collector helps with a 10bhp hike in the midrange

Sounds like it has some sensible mods already

Collector? Sorry if that's a silly question. Also it has a full pipe werx exhaust.

it has a pipewerx can not a full system ..the collector is the part where the 2 downpipes merge in the bellypan

Google modded collector...if you can weld u could do it
