Advice needed.

Hi all, I have jusy bought an 07 r model after 15 years of 4cyl sports bikes and i gotta say i love it. but i do have some teething problems any advice would be great.
1, I only got one key with the bike where can i get another without it costing the earth?
2, I have been out on it twice since i bought it and the clocks are misting up? to the point where i can't read any info on them?
3, when i turn the bike on the clocks say enter code or user card, what does this mean?
4, Rear tail light also mists up.?

Any help would be great.

Read older posts. Same issues as everyone else apart from the key issue and then I'd ask a dealer

Hi mrwayhow, my bike was new and also said enter a code when I turned it on. When I took it in for 1st service the dealer sorted it. I think you can scroll through the menu until you find it.

1.Aprilia dealer.The key has a chip inside for the imobiliser system.Mind you,if you have'nt got the origional key number,.....you may struggle with that.
2.They do that sir.Do a search on here or AF1 for hints tips and remedies.
3.They do that sir.Read your handbook,or do what most of us do and ignore it.

Nah they've all got their weird little things fella. Have a troll through the forum and have a look at everyones little snags with theirs. I've got none with mine but I've had mine a year and inreckon previous owner might have sorted them. I love my tuoldo

Fit like Mr min, ye will soon learn tae ignore these *******in annoyin things..kinna standard fur yer average Tuono......as lang as the things runnin fine an yer gettin oot an aboot all will be fine.....ye can spend awe sorts o dosh tryin tae fix these niggles but they often jist winnae stay away.....ask anyone whose messed aboot wi thir misty clocks.......

...theres a lot o wee tweeks ye can do so get readin oan here an learn awe aboot yer bike loon..
