Adjusting wheel/screw

Just a strange question really, I've fitted a new Fuel F1 road exhaust to my 05 gen 1 tuono and wanted to turn the idle down slightly. I found a wheel/knob adjuster on the right hand side just below the tank. Am I totally wrong as it didn't seem to make much difference, so I tried to set it back in the same place before I messed with it. Still runs ok.
Thanks
Craig

That's the idle adjustment. Check for leaks from the throttle. It's 2 Vacuum lines on the left side under the tank.

Thanks, I've seen a cpl of threads on the forum where it's shown on the left side with screwdriver adjustment.

I presume it's anti clockwise to decrease idle speed as cant really tell at the moment.

I need to adjust my idle speed. I read the manual and I have a knob ( :rolleyes ) but it won't turn. Is it just stiff or is there a grub screw or something to release it?

check the cable adjustment on the hand controls. My gen 1 gets tighter over time (and therefore raises the idle speed).

Thanks, I lubed it but still won't budge. Check throttle cable and seems good.

Funny but the idle seems normal now. Low idling and a couple of stalls waiting at lights occurred over three days and then stopped? Been fine for a week. Any ideas?

Good. Raise the idle to the right point only when engine is normal warm, not when it's cold.
