Adjust Ride height

I need some help with my 03 RSVR in adjusting my ride height, In owners hand book it gives a distance of 321mm-323mm for track use between centers for rear shock,is this measurement with no load on shock or with static load on shock, I'm trying to set my bike up for some more track days, rear shock is set at 10mm static sag with compression set at 10 clicks out/ rebounb 14 clicks out, have set the front at 25mm static sag, compression set on 8 clicks out/rebound on 9 clicks out ,4 rings showing on top of forks.any help would be appreciated

Hi, I would of thought it would of been the length unloaded. I would just go off how it feels. Jacking mine up as soon as I get around to buyingn a spanner big enough
 
isnt the 04 rear shock the same as an 02 and be adjustable in length without altering the preload?

there should be two nuts at the lower end of the shock
 
Thanks for the replys ,I have set ride height at 324mm between centers with no weight on shock & adjusted spring to 145mm in length, left all other settings the same as before will test this week end,
would like to know what other rsv r 03 riders are using for settings with ohlins suspenion, if anyone has there settings on hand , would be appreciated
