I went a couple of years ago - fantastic.
I'd made careful plans to make my way there this year cross country (no motorways) with a couple of mates then the wife announced that, "I've accepted an invitation for us both to go to Brighton for the weekend." Yes, it's this w/e :rant It means going by car FFS as we're taking a load of stuff down for her friend.
Anyway, I'll be there in 'civvies' so I'll look out for you lucky guys. If I stop you to talk to you, be gentle, I'm not a 'wannabee' but a real one - just not this weekend. :thumbup

Rich, I stopped by your stand to say hello but you'd gone on walk about. Shocked the guy I spoke to as I walked up to him and asked him if he was Rich. The look on his face was priceless :biggrin When I rephrased it by asking him if his name was Rich he looked so relieved. As my wife pointed out later, we were in Brighton and I was wearing a pink T shirt.
She suggested I improve my chat-up lines.I saw a few Aprilias but the HDs were in full attendance. Is it madatory to be obese to ride one of those? :dunno
I did hear one jap bike that made me turn my head - a Hyabusi with a titanium MotoGP silencer (?) on. You know the kind - just a very short megaphone thingie. I know there are people on here with 'em on so I can imagine how loud they are now on a proper bike. :devious
Sorry I missed you BoB, sod's law it must have been when I went for a wander. I know what you mean about it being HD central. It was a good day though, and our stand was a prime viewing location for all the lovely young ladies, sorry I meant bikes going past :devious
