Abba Stand

no. But I did think @ buying one a while back.
What do u think of them anyway?
Mines currently on it's sidestand.
Did think @ harris rear/paddock stand.

the old Abba stands are very good, but tres' expensive ( I've got a Bee Gee stand-geddit!?) which is excellent but you can't get them anymore..shame! But paddock stand should suffice..I guess you're just after making sure there's not too much pressure on the near-side fork seal, however most guys I know just use the side-stand without any problems.

I use my Abba through winter along with a front paddock stand so both wheels are off the floor, if you leave em on that is..:thumbup

Jesus, you don't have any choice but to use an abba stand!!!!

Abba stands are top kit, especially when you need to take wheels off as it doesn't foul the chain adjusters like my paddock stand.
Don't store mine but think you could leave it on one OK.

hmmm i wonder if Hein Gericke sell them:devious

I could use my vouchers then.

Was going to spend them towards Gilles Rearsets. but heard they can foul bellypan a bit, with brake linkage etc.:confused

what shall it be?

Got mine from ABBA at the NEC Bike Show last year, obviously they do a decent price at the show, best £85 i spent there. :thumbup

I have an Ultipro, I like it better cos it has a safety foot to lock it in position so there is no way your bike gonna fall off if you get Jiggy with the front, It fits my Busa as well as the Ninja I had before the RSV without any adaptors.

Also cos its galv steel there is no rust and the paint wont chip off

Heres a moody picture.....

Well mine is on the abba now, and the petrol tank is drained.

Just the wheels to come off then that's me for this year!!!!

Mines on the stand just waiting for me to clean it up. Fairings off so its Parafin time soon for the chain... You can hear it groaning with pleasure as you clean it up... ha ha

To Bloody Cold today mind....

Yep my tank is off tomorrow along with the front wheel. Gonna do the 00 collector box and Edwards inner air tubes this winter. Also got a 2nd hand Giannelli twin conversion to try out. :thumbup

Well.:devious
When i bought the bike 2 1/2 years ago it was already on the bike but the end can was the standard huge twin ported thing.:laugh
SORRY KIWI....
So the first step was to get in touch with RSVR.NET and see if they could get a GIANELLI TITANIUM road legal end can, with removable baffles for use when i get my arse on track for a few track days.:doug
I would immagine they still have them in stock as I am the only person who runs an RSV to my knowledge with them fitted. Never seen another RSV with them yet. :pirate
I'm well happy with mine and it also keeps the Italian thing going on the bike together with the Italian D/bubble front screen. :biggrin

Hope this helps!:thumbup
