Hey chaps..

The great dane is surely encountering lots of problems on this time of year..

One of em is that the tuono wont start..

I had a chrash last week which damaged only the cosmetics including the left radiator, and the front fairing bracket (mine's a 2003). Bought new parts at my local garage and the ebay.

The status is now:

Dashboard readings is ok
Startermotor is ok
Ignition is no go
Sparkplugs is ok
Fuelpump is no go (i cant hear it working when turning the key)
Lights etc is ok
battery is ok
fuse is ok
alarm system is ok
DIAG reading is no go

Now since both ignition, DIAG and fuelpump is no go im suspecting the cause to be a defect in the ecu, i've checked wiresystem for craks etc and joints and thats all ok.

Just a couple of weeks ago i had the fuelhose (inside the tank) changed since it had a leak, i then put it all togheter again and drove the tuono again daily without problems for a couple of days - and then chrashed.

The crash caused a leak from the radiator, and the engine stopped shortly after impact though my tipover sensor i no go...

So, should i go for a new ECU???

No, you should switch on engine cut off switch on right handlebar :thumbup

Haha funny... well if thats was the problem the starter engine wouldnt crank.. anyway found the problem by volting the ign. 2 fuse..

So now she's all good to go:cheers
