Is it normal not to see a level in the oil tank when the bike hasn't been ran in months?

does the bike have a slipper clutch as std? im sure i've read somewhere that they have an air operated slipper clutch

the 03 rsvr ce what front mudguards fit it? as they have a funny little adjuster thing on the front of the ohlns forks. Is it the same as the 98 on rsvr or will it be the same as the 04 on?

their is a blue/green wire cut in my wiring loom anyone know why?

The only bit I can honestly answer is the oil question, which Badger has replied to...the engine is a dry sump ( I think!) so to check the oil level you need to ride the bike for about 10 miles to get the oil up to temp to get an accurate reading!
