I have had 3 of these over the years, cracking bike and still pretty capable today even in the right hands,my last one has a Stan Stevens tune,it flew :thumbup

When Yamaha released it all those years ago it was over priced and no body really knew what it was, ahead of its time is what it was, the first of its type of a production supermoto and has a big following even now :thumbup

ive great fun on it, you are right, first supermoto, wasnt good with knobbies on them, many have been written off, only 2000 imported to the uk, so quite rare!
few more pics for ya!

nice that, looks very original, bet you wished you held on to it!
r1 brake is a must even better with the ceramic pads, they were far to fast for the awful 2 pot it came fromt the factory with,

i may regret selling!

£3000
