4th gear jumping

Hi guys,

Proud new owner of a v4 tuono up until yesterday;
Going along and notice in 4th gear and 4th gear only, the bike will seem to jump when under moderate to hard acceleration, the bike has no problems going into gear, I hit no false neutrals, but still I get this awful jump.
The bike makes no horrible noises, or differs to how it usually rides.
Anybody have any idea?

Take it to your local Ape dealer,think you might be needing a new gearbox,that sounds like how mine went.

It was done under warranty,sorry cant help you with the cost.

Hi Dackyba!
did you find out what was causing your bike problem? My 2017 Factory has exactly the same symptoms and only with 4th gear. And it does not happen every time, but always on 4th gear.
The local dealer think this is an electronic problem and has tried different things, but no error has been found and the gearbox has not yet been checked.
