Love alittle shinny black stuff

Supercheap auto $30 for a sheet big enough to do 2 or 3 bikes.....
They have a few bright colors including a blue which would look real cool on the blue & white checkered Tuono... not your black one though

Vary nice job. Just did mine last friday. Found a $12.00 wastebasket at Staples office supply store size (29.8cm) x (29.8cm) x(34.9cm). Mesh is tighter painted black epoxy but made of steel. They also had flat side baskets that may have been even more easy to work with.

Like has been said "this mod is a must for all T's"

You bet a mate rolled up here yesterday with his new demo model with around 3000kms and a heap of dints in the rad so he is onto it now..

Towie - you need to get them side plates on the radiator black.
Either powder coat the ally ones, or get some carbon. :cheers

I hear ya bro i hear ya..... wasnt sure but now i have looked at it for a few days your on the money honey....thanks Towie

I bought a sheet of that stuff at Supercheap yesterday Towie. About 45 minutes of work today had the radiator fitted and done. The two oil coolers are next.

Cheers for the hedzup mate

Good stuff send us a pic and im guessin you used the black..... will look cool on your beast...
The holes are alittle large but anything is better than nothing and it looks much better than the waste paper bin mesh.....
Dont forget when you own an Italian looks come first and sensibility comes later... Towie

Howd u go wit the oil coolers Chunky?
Send us a pic & hows the new dealer?
My T goes in for 1st major service 2moro its a worry the Honda dealership here is *****..
I gave then over 2 weeks notice to get the fork seals dust seals etc in and had to wait another 3 days...... fuckers

The oil coolers were done using some strips of 2mm thick automotive double sided tape. So far so good. I've only been riding around town since installing them. and they seem to be well stuck. We'll see after a longer ride whether the fixing method I've used is up to scratch.

As far as the new dealer's concerned. I went there last Saturday expecting to see some hot Italian stuff on the floor, and left disappointed. Kwakas only as yet I'm afraid. :banghead

I did not ask when they expect to get their Ape stock on the floor though. Soon, I hope.

Dave
