Billown Circuit. The Billown Circuit, CASTLETOWN, From Douglas follow the Castletown road pass the airport, at the second roundabout take the second exit onto Alexandra Road. The start line is about quarter of a mile on the By Pass.

It houses over 80 machines, mostly British, and is open every day of the two week TT Festival (EXCEPT RACE DAYS) from 10am until 5pm.
