I just bought a 2021 Aprilia Tuono 660 which was in a small accident. I have replaced a couple of small parts, rhs foot peg, sump pan which was broken, (underside impact, surprisingly no visible external damage). The bike started well when I got it, but now a few weeks later, the cluster sometimes works and everything works, sometimes the cluster does not come on but the bike still starts and runs for about 10 seconds before it cuts out. I presume it is a faulty contact somewhere, the battery is also low, charging it as I type. Any idea of where to look for loose connections? This happens to be VIN nr 000002 off the production line.
