Hello everyone,
Not only Moto Guzzi is celebrating the company's 100th anniversary this year, but also Rotax in Gunskirchen, Upper Austria (the company I work for).
Rotax has been part of Bombardier in Canada since the 1970s, the "Recreational Division" has been detached from Bombardier for several years and operates as an independent company BRP (Bombardier Recreational Products).
Better known are the brands such as: Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Can-Am ATV / SSV / Spyder / Ryker and others in the field of karts and aircraft engines. Within BRP, Rotax is supplier of all engines of BRP, but has also external OEM business.
In the past, Rotax was a well-known supplier of high-performance engines for motorcycle applications for Aprilia, Buell and BMW.
On the occasion of the 100 year anniversary in 2021, Rotax has created a website with all historical engines, which is interesting.
For everyone who wants to see it, I'll send you the link on the page:
You can find it under 100 Years> Historic Motors.
Have fun browsing.
Happy New Year and a good grip under your Aprilia for 2021
Ralf
