Ordering a 43T rear sprocket.
Bike is standard, AFAIK.
So assuming it will be 520?

My 07 has a 525 chain (standard Regina). I run 16/42 sprockets.

Glad I didn't order a sprocket, as I'm totally confused now.
I've measured the inner plates as best I can, and it seems to be 8mm
Which according to a metric to imperial converter is 5/16
Which is 2.5/8
So I suppose I have 525 chain??

You do. Chains are measured in units of 1/8th inch (God knows why!) - hence '5 25' means a pitch of 5 X 1/8" (5/8th") and an inner width of 2.5 X 1/8" (or 5/16th" if you like!). Bizarre, isn't it!
