2007 Service Light

I know there's a quick and easy answer to this one, but my service light just came on my 2007 Aprilia RSV1000R. It has just ticked over 7,000 miles. From my understanding, this light just comes on after a certain mileage/Kilometer period. The bike runs fine, but I researched how to turn it off, and I could only find how to do it on a 2000-2003 model. From what I've read, you're supposed to hit "lap" and "R" at the same time and hold it for 5 seconds and it will reset. I guess I don't know what "R" is, but I've tried pressing all 3 toggle buttons on my 07 Mille and it's still on. The only thing I have to press is "+" "trip/V" and "-"

Any thoughts?
Sorry if this is a repeat question, but I couldn't find it under any searches.

Sorry, guys I answered my own question. I did a google search and found out the answer on the AF1 racing forums. Apparently for the 04-07 RSV's you have to hold the "-" and "+" buttons for 15 seconds after turning the key ON and having the kill switch in the OFF position. Hopefully this will help people out in the future. :thumbup
