Just brought a 2006 with a bent LH clip on...is it easy to remove the top yoke to replace or easier to remove front wheel and drop fork leg?
L lonner Joined Nov 2011 282 Posts | 0+ uk Nov 30, 2011 #2 id do it via the top bud as less work just the pinch bolts and yolk bolt should be able to just lift the yoke off without removing anything and then remove the clip on

L lonner Joined Nov 2011 282 Posts | 0+ uk Nov 30, 2011 #4 you undo the big nut only and no need to disturb the bearing adjusters . when you refit the yolk tighten the big nut first then the clamps . use a torque wrench if you can :thumbup best to do this on a rear stand if poss as that will keep the legs level as they tend to twist on the side stand making refitting more awkward .
