Pete, are you sure that the discs are warped ? Often the ' floating ' bobbins ' seize ' up due to dirt build up. When this happens the disc can't ' float ' freely. When spinning the wheel the disc then appears to be ' warped ' and heavy vibration under braking also seem to confirm the suspicion. There were previously a few threads on the issue before the zone server crashed. One way of cleaning the bobbins is to put an allen key head bolt through the bobbin and secure with a nut at the back, then spin the bobbin with a slow speed drill while splashing with hot water / to wash the ' grime ' away. The disc surface also needs to be cleaned from friction material build-up and ' glazed ' pads cleaned or replaced.
Make sure that there is no oil / soap residue left on the disc before using.
P.S. The 1st couple of brake instances to be handled with caution as the pad needs to ' bed ' in again. There is a minimum ' thickness ' for the disc before it needs to be replaced anyhow.
