I bought my Mille last tuesday evening, I'm now doing an oil change on it.
I have a Hiflo HF152 filter which is the same length as the one I have just removed although it has a different number on the top. The old one is 2011154 and the new has 2011266 on the top.
Now when I've just removed the old filter there was a section of square alloy tube sat on the outside face of the filter, My instant thought is that someone has put it in as a bodge or is it supposed to be there?
