. I am trying to decide if I want to paint the wind deflectors matte black to match. But I don't want to destroy carbon fiber bling haha. Too bad the CF Mivv Can and the rear wheel fender isn't shiny like the deflectors or I wouldn't even think about it.Could try a matte finish clear coat on the CF, that way you get the best of both worlds. I really like this a lot, thanks for the extra pics.

hi mate iv got some std plastic deflectors of my 07 if u wanna swap? yours look likethe newer ones, seems a shame to paint the carbon.
id leave it the wayit looks or clear coat your other bits to make them look shiney, it would look well nice shinet c f with matte black

I don't believe these would fit your bike. I think that they are just for 99-03's. No worries though, I feel the same way. It would be a waste to matte black them. I do like 998's Idea of putting a matte clear coat on them. I wouldn't want to clear coat my exhaust. The rear wheel fender wouldn't be a big deal with glossing over.
But then again... I am happy with the way it looks already. I'm just afraid that it looks like a salvage with random parts thrown on it. Been trying to avoid that look haha.
mate it looks nice enuff, anyway these bikes go too quick to worry what they look like, a nice shiney red front wheel would break it up a bit, and would compliment the matte black. iv just ordered a blue front wheel for mine to make it that bit more unique ill post some pics when i get it
