Has anyone used or had any experience with a 190/55 profile rear tyre on their RSV Mille. I currently run a 190/50 but it doesnt turn in like my old 180/55 used to and its also quite close to the chain!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH - do a search for previous threads on this mate - there's a lot of 'em!:thumbup (I'm in the 180 camp)

Has anyone seen any cheap pair deals on 190/55 120/70 diablo corsa 3?
Cheers :thumbup

got a pair of metzeler sporttec (basically same tyre) at -£50 recently at Bike Tyres Leeds. Ride in reide out was about £210 I think.

I use 190/55 rear tyre pirelli diablo supercorsa's and find that it does tip in as quick as a 180 the only slight problem with the 190/55 profile is it highers the bike up at the back and you need to be careful when you put it on the side stand it leans a bit more than normal but they are fantastic tyres

190/55 also raises the rear of the bike and makes the steering quicker, you may need to readjust geometry if it is to flighty over bumps etc

i just go some dunlop qualifier 190/50 asked for 190/55 but they got wrong one!!!

IT RUBS THE TYRE! double and triple checked wheel alignment and it needs moving slightly more into the tyre. So left it out of line. stood still its about 3/4mm off but after a ride tyre shows a bit of wear.
If i measue the tyre it is 200mm at its widest! Is this right?
