Ive just had the mis fortune of dealing with 123 bike parts.com. I ordered a new oil sump washer for £3.99, bad enough I thought but couldn't find one elsewhere, but in top of that to be charged £2.99 postage???? Wtf?? Once it was delivered the actual postage charge was £1.23!! This is just a pure ripp, customers. Also they gave charged VAT on the shipping?? Legal or not?? I don't know... This is just profiteering.. Was going to order oil too but wanted £7.99 postage.. FEK that.just watch out boys!!

Please allow me to explain – £2.99 plus VAT is the minimum Shipping charge on any order. It’s not just the postage cost but also the packing material, labour and travel cost to get the parcel to the Post Office. If you added more products on your order the Shipping Charge would have remain the same until a certain weight is reached and then it would increase as the postage cost increases. On the subject of oil even 100ml of oil would have a delivery cost of £6.99 plus VAT as UPS is the only company that would deliver oil to a home address and that is their minimum charge.

We don’t hide the shipping charge it is clearly displayed on the online order system and collection is also an option.

Should have rung Sharron at Aprillia performance I'm sure you'd have got it for the cost of an envelope & a stamp. Don't forget they are there and very helpful genuinely friendly people eager to look after aprillia owners.
