Anyone ever used them? :dunno

Got a trackday at Cadwell (with Focused Events), on the 18th and thinking about giving them a shot.

they are good I used him last year, made a big difference and I had him rebuild my forks :) top bloke and go to him after you have done the first session and you can go back throughout the day to fine tune
(after 1st session is so forks are warm)

Think I might have a problem in giving him feedback, thinking about it! :dunno

Colin (who is 100% suspension) used to work for Ken Summerton who is K-tech, so he's pretty knowledgeable. If your suspension isn't too knackered for adjustments to make any difference, he should be able to help with static sag and settings.

I ended up bunging him £45 a few weeks ago as the supposedly re-valved forks on my '10 fireblade were locking solid about an inch short of full travel. He could tell they handn't been moded, explaind why, and helped out with a few tweaks to make it a bit more bareable (Jap crap, Italian bikes seem to be better suited to track in standard form). I'm good enough at suspension settings to win club championships, but I was knackered with this and he helped, so he's probably pretty good.

If your suspension is in good enough condition for changes to settings to make a difference, you will notice the difference and be able to feed back.

Got Ohlins all round (Tuono Racing) and Griff serviced forks last year so should be good! :devious

Annoyingly, 100% won't be at Cadwell on the 18th so might have to see Mick Grant instead! :dunno :biggrin

Ive used both and believe me, my money will be going to Mick Grant if I ever have the need for more help
Nothing against Colin , yes he is good but what Mick did made so much more of a difference
