Evening all,

Having been dicked around 3 times by Ebay trolls I'm going to break this one unless anyone here tempts me not to. It's an 06 Factory, mechanically sound but needs some cosmetic sorting. Was Cat C back in 2008.

Full description is on the expired Ebay ad, just search on Ebay for item 190665498739. It's really not a bad bike, and a very cheap fix for someone to make into a pristine Factory.

Looking for £3250.

As I said, I've lost patience with it now & need to move on. I'll start breaking it tomorrow if there's no interest.

Cheers

tomorrow..give it a week on here at least and try rsvr.net and the aprilia performance forum to give you a better chance could see someone making this a track bike.

. and for those cant be bothered to look it up
2006 model 06 registered APRILIA RSVR1000 FACTORY in the most popular colour of Black with Gunmetal contrasts.

Relisting again due to the usual Ebay issues. Were 87 watchers, 3 strong bidders and just failed to meet the reserve. Last chance this time!!

Absolutely super condition mechanically, rides & runs superbly, pulls like a train!

Please be aware this is the revised, higher performance, 2006 model with the larger valve heads. All the top of the range Factory parts are on the bike including Ohlins front and rear suspension, Ohlins steering damper, Brembo radial front master cylinder & calipers, and lightweight Oz wheels.

Dunlop Sportmax tyres recently fitted, virtually unused. Brake pads, chain & sprockets have loads of life left. All fluids only just replaced (brake, clutch & engine oil). Rear brake works!

The missing rear indicator in the pictures has since been fitted (old lens was cracked).

No T&T, but MOT just passed so valid for a year.

There are a few area of the bodywork that will need attention if you want an absolutely pristine example. A few scuffs on the seat unit and a pretty poor touch up of the RH centre fairing panel in particular, along with some rough looking resprayed items like the mirrors. The rear carbon hugger has a small chunk out of it too. As it is it looks pretty good, and everything it needs doing is relatively minor, but it's not a showroom spec. bike. The reserve price reflects this.

If you know about this model of Aprilas you won't be surprised to learn the clocks have reset to zero. This happens when the battery is disconnected with the key in the ignition. I personally know the previous owner of the bike, who bought it in 2008 with about 2000 miles showing, and he has covered less than 2000 miles on it so it genuinely has covered less than 5000 miles. I can put the buyer in touch with the previous owner for verification. The EFI light has just come on too, as a result of the battery going flat I assume. I'm told this is easily reset.

Bike was subject to an insurance claim and therefore is registered on HPI. No finance outstanding.

V5 present.

Thanks for taking the time to add all that fella, and on AP :thumbup

Need the space in the garage as I've shedloads of work to do on my track bike, my TZR250 and the wife's RS125 so unfortunately it's gotta go today one way or the other.

OK, no takers so the spanners are out.

Will post separately when stripped, but if anyone wants anything specifically let me know.

Cheers

I need the lower rear suspension dogbone if it's in good condition could you give me a price please.

Thanks

I'll bear that in mind Gav but really looking for 1st dibs on the big stuff at the moment before I catalogue everything.

The bikes down to bare frame, arm & engine. Just going to take a video of the engine running this morning before finishing the strip.
