04 Blemished Clocks Unit

Hi guys just a quick one. The plastic screen on my clocks has always looked a bit badly done to and scruffy. It basically looks like a blemish that will not shift! I think that the previous owner got messy with some brake fluid because the front brake reservoir cap is also quite corroded. Although this doesn't affect the clocks or their function, it does not help my OCD!

I'm trying to make a couple of bits on the bike look as good as they should - the clocks being one of them - so my question is, is there any way I can fit second hand clocks and get the mileage on the clocks altered to match my current clock mileage (legally of course) or get my current set of clocks refurbed?

All help appreciated.
