Afraid not. It wouldn't budge with a spanner so no fear of it coming out with an easy out. I bashed a torx bit in and tried but one bit just twisted and the next bit just snapped off in the hole.
The nipples clearly tight and not going anywhere but I couldn't ride my bike hard knowing that nipple was like that.
