I need a bit of help.
Bit of background...
Bike is an '00 RSV Mille Nero.
Renegade Airbox and Can, with correct MAP through a Dynojet PC III.
Bike has had trouble recently with a leaky clutch slave cylinder which has been cured by fitting of an Oberon replacement and properly bleeding.
It starts and runs fine on tickover, with correct idle speed. (I have tried raising idle speed just in case?!)
I kick up the side stand and the S/S warning light on the dash goes out. (Looks like it's operating normally?!)
I then pull in the clutch lever...
Unfortunately as soon as I try to put it into gear it stalls... :confused
I have removed the S/S switch and tried a crude bypass mod (mating the black/brown wires together), but it's still cutting out when I put it into gear.
I have checked for sticking clutch plates by putting it into gear (1st and 2nd) with the engine off (clutch lever depressed) and it still rolls freely...
So...
Any other ideas?
