Bought a 2011 Tuono on Saturday and arranged delivery for today however I then decided to rupture my achilles tendon on Sunday in an indoor charity football match :banghead

So the bike has arrived

Thanks for the advice off for an ultrasound tomorrow, think its at least a 2 month job !! Didn't want to cancel the deal as I've always wanted an Aprilia V-Twin chopped in my Bonneville T100 think that was just too sensible :yes But I've had all sorts of bikes but never a V-Twin.

Thanks for the welcome

Same here s, single two strokers, parallel twin, IL4s, IL6 and a V2.

I know you wont be disappointed with yer new choice of machine, they're fookin brill. :thumbup

Yer can't choose when yer going to get cropped but you've done not to badly wae picking the winter.

Do whit the Quacks tell yer and yer should be ready fir the start of next years riding. :yes

welcome on board mate nice looking machine, as Aldo said at least you will be crocked through the ****** season and fit an well for spring - good luck mate

Welcome bud, bike looks lush.
The V twin grunt is amazing and once you are better, and the weather is better too, you'll have loads of fun on it.
By the way, where you from?

Welcome Shurm,

Nice lookin bike.

If I was to have a second Tuono, it would be in that colour scheme.

Thanks for the welcome everyone, I live near Blackburn in Lancs we do have an Aprilia Dealer in Blackburn but I bought it off Hunts Manchester who always give me excellent service. Rockets in Blackburn had one but it was an 09 with double the miles in black for the same price so it seemed a good deal for mine reg Jun 2011 with 2k miles on, can't see that many more V-Twins registered after this really.
