First thing you'll wanting to be getting rid of those stock cans. It really is amazing how hideous they look.

I do reccomend the Mivv GP ti's. Standard Akkras are a bit cannony (if there is such a word.)

If yer thinking about high level ones just be aware that one day you ,may want to throw some panniers over which they will conflict with.

Where's the new dealer going to be? I was on the hill the other day looking for a T before I bought mine (Last Friday), should be getting it delivered this Friday! By the way, anyone know any good bike shifters- need to get her from Nottingham up to the proper end of the country!

I'll do it for fish & chip supper & expenses. (ride it up that is.)

Funny Ash, working today, and it'll be with me first thing Friday, happy days!

Already got a set of Beowulf oval stubbies with carbon ends, was only £400, had one on my SV650 and loved them, so went for a pair for this, I'll post a pic on Saturday when I get them on, can't wait!

it was mate, usually head that way to blow out the cobwebs then use the back roads to Shotton and Easington then back to Horden when the weathers not so good.

the new dealers is being built on Scotswood road, will ask where when i go across to Jimmy Pryces in Seaham on Saturday as he seems to be in the know.

Ash will be releived to hear that the couriers have screwed it up, train ticket booked, riding her back tomorrow to my lovely shiny new cans!

She's all tucked up in the garage, and I'm bloody freezing, totally miserable weather, but even so its a great bike to ride, I'm a happy man!

What's the stock gearing? And any thoughts about rubber? I've got a part worn set of Dunlop sportmax but not sure whether or not to use them?

Stock for an '06 on is 16/40 - that's what the manual says. Factory comes with sprockets for different ratios.

Rubber? I've got Metzeler M5 Interact, seem v. good in dry and wet, but you'll get a thousand different replies on this one. Personal preference really. 190/55 on the rear.

Got my new cans on now, and they are proper LOUD!! I recon they look awesome too!!! Sorry about the 5 pictures, only meant to put one in!

I'm running on a sportsmart rear & am very happy, had a roadsmart previous & was happy withy that too, did everything I asked of it got 3900 out of the rear. Running the O/E sportsmax RR on front. Is just about shot after 6000miles. I shall probably replace with sportsmarts but have been wanting to check out the Pirelli Road Angels which a lot of people have recomended. will probably depend on what the best deal is at the time. By the way I think I got 1900miles out of the origional Sportsmax rr rear which is not enough for me.
