Red Brembo brakes

Hi guys,
I'm looking at a very nice '04 Tuono R. It has Red Brembos and I am interested to know if they might be a special unit or the gold painted red. It also has a non adjustable steering damper, is this a stock unit.

Yes,they are normal gold calipers painted red.Non adjustable damper is standard.

Please identfy this brake setup. A pair of wavy discs and the painted red calipers. Were these a factory option or aftermarket. The seller told me that they are an upgrade as the factory ran out of standard brake parts.

Mate,the seller is giving you some B.S.
The red painted calipers were standard on the '04 flouro red Tuono R.All the other colour bikes got gold coloured brakes.Dont know why,....someones good idea at the time,I guess.
The wavey discs are aftermarket.They look like the ones made by Braking,an Italian company that were the first to make the wavey type replacement discs.
