Ta muchly to Griff of Aprilia Performance who sorted my full service, got to the bottom of my clutch ills, AND put up with my prattle and griping all day

Cheers groover

How much did he charge to fit the rearsets fball? I'm getting some soon and will probably fit them myself, but as I need a service soon I could ask Griff to fit them at the same time.

Just over a ton, for that he did them and some other work as well about 3hrs in total. Well worth it for a spanner novice like myself. Look superb and you won't believe the difference it makes to the back brake. :thumbup

I've been sorted today, the bike has well and truly been Griffed.
Can't thank you enough mate.
Rearsets next time round. :thumbup:thumbup

What was it in the end then Russ?

What was it in the end then Russ?

after I'd replaced the m/c, then the nipple and bolt, I lost patience and took it to Griff

turned out to be the seal in the slave. It was only a tiny leak (and the reason I probably did'nt recognise it) but enough to lose pressure over time

Fit as a fiddle now

this Griff sounds a very useful bloke to know, tell me more, is he at a shop or does he do this stuff on the side?
